David Smith directs and leads multiple lines of business at Phoenix Data Corporation and oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. In 2021, David was promoted to Vice President of Operations and COO of Phoenix Data Corporation.

Considered a pioneer in his industry, David's high-level accomplishments include a strategic rollout of pharmaceutical and manufacturing print programs for Eli Lilly and development of a cost containment program for Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). His depth of experience also includes work for the United States Air Force, Lockheed Martin, Anthem, and Xerox.

David holds a BS in marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University, is certified in Six Sigma, and has been published in Forbes.

Alongside his professional accomplishments, David gives back to the community by mentoring students to help them to better understand and be able to better utilize their strengths.
