Sydney Parks joined Phoenix Data Corporation in 2021 as the Payroll and Accounting Specialist to assist with system conversion initiatives and the company's growth programs. In 2022, Sydney was promoted to Human Resources Director.

Before joining the Phoenix Data Corporation team, Sydney served as Business Office Manager and Payroll Administrator for several firms involved in government contracting. With close to a decade of experience in payroll and billing systems conversions, Sydney is a skilled leader in leading matrixed teams to help deliver consistently positive outcomes for both the company and its employees.

Sydney earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Harding University and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. Sydney also holds the Costpoint Professional Certification for Labor, Leave, and Payroll.

Growing up an Air Force Brat traveling the globe, Sydney developed a fondness for sandy beaches and salt air. She relocated to Florida with her husband in 2019, with whom she can often be found on the beach outside of office hours with their dogs and their young son/daughter.
