Phoenix Data Corporation has been recognized as one of the 2013 Indiana Companies to Watch, an awards program presented by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, its Small Business Development Center and the Edward Lowe Foundation. Thirty-three companies from across Indiana are being honored as outstanding second-stage companies as part of the fifth annual Indiana Companies to Watch awards.
The awards celebrate Indiana’s privately-held second-stage companies, those businesses that are past the startup phase, are considered to be established, and face issues of growth, not survival. The Indiana companies being recognized in 2013 were chosen from more than 300 applicants, represent a wide range of industries and have headquarters based in 14 counties throughout Indiana.
Carol Curran, founder and CEO of Phoenix Data Corporation, believes the award recognizes the firm’s innovative technology solutions for government, the military, and private industry. “We’re excited to be included in this prestigious group of Indiana Companies to Watch. This award confirms that our growth strategy is working, and we look forward to even greater business opportunities ahead.”
