Facilities Safety Manager

The Facilities/Safety Manager shall work onsite at the requested office location at USCIS National Records Center (NRC) or USCIS File Storage Facility, as appropriate, and be responsible for overseeing all facilities- and safety-related task areas.


Operations/Site/Production Manager

The Operations/Site/Production Manager is responsible for acting as the Program Manager in the Program Manager’s absence at the National Records Center (NRC) location. This position requires demonstrated experience in addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction; experience with developing and implementing operational procedures and policies; and analyzing training needs/requirements.


Program Manager

The Program Manager shall work onsite at the requested office location at USCIS National Records Center (NRC) or USCIS File Storage Facility, as appropriate, and be responsible for overseeing all facilities- and safety-related task areas.


Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality auditors and tutors to perform all audit and training functions. This position shall be onsite at the requested office location at USCIS National Records Center (NRC) or USCIS Harrisonburg File Storage Facility (HBG FSF), as appropriate, and be responsible for all Quality activities within task areas.


Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor (QS) shall be onsite at the requested office location at USCIS Harrisonburg File Storage Facility (HBG FSF) and be responsible for all quality activities within the HBG FSF task areas.


Records Manager

The Records Manager shall work onsite at the requested office location at USCIS National Records Center (NRC) or USCIS File Storage Facility, as appropriate, and be responsible for particular task areas.


Program Manager-Black Belt

The Phoenix team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide leadership and program oversight in the execution of ROSS records management and maintenance services located in Lee’s Summit, MO, and its sub-office in Harrisonburg, VA.


Quality Control Clerk

This role will be responsible for compiling and recording production data to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control and other aspects of production. Must be able to pass pre-employment background and Security Clearance check.
